I learnt that breakfast is a really really important meal of the day it keeps you going for a long time that's really good. Without breakfast you will be grumpy, mad and your brain will not work that well. There are lots of healthy things like weet-bix porridge fruit and something with fibre and lots more.
Wow, I did not realise how important having breakfast was, I will make sure that I always have something to eat now even if it is piece of fruit on the run!
