Perseverance

My goal to achieve in the next 2 weeks is to keep running and not STOP in cross country.

My other goal is to make my writing as tidy as in my handwriting book. I'm going have to persevere very hard.

Healthy eating

I learnt that breakfast is a really really important meal of the day it keeps you going for a long time that's really good. Without breakfast you will be grumpy, mad and your brain will not work that well. There are lots of healthy things like weet-bix porridge fruit and something with fibre and lots more.

Circuits

This is me and my group doing circuits. In circuits you do not give up and not stop it's not as easy as it looks. We are training for cross country. I'm really trying my best at all the circuits and remember don't give up. My next goal is to be a bit faster.

Healthy Eating



On Wednesday some project energize people came into our class to talk about sugary drinks. Milly put 8 drinks on the mat Milly chose me to put the drinks in order. I learnt that caffeine can make you die because our heart is still developing. I also learnt that their is a differance between fruit drink and fruit juice. Fruit drink has got heaps of sugar in it. I learnt a lot didn't I. :)
